Welcome
We are currently assembling a team and raising capital for the purpose of creating two non-profit/not-for-profit entities—one in the United States and one in Canada. Once established, these organizations will seek charitable status.
The mission of these entities is to Empower Marginalized, At-Risk, and Vulnerable People in those two countries. The goal is to help level the playing field and make it easier for disadvantaged people to gain access to the same resources that are more readily available to those with privilege. By removing barriers and obstacles we will be making it easier for them to live the life they desire.
While services and resources will be available to the general population, some will be targeted to serve specific groups of Marginalized, At-Risk, and Vulnerable People. This means we’ll be giving priority consideration for access to resources and services based on the demographic group and circumstance of the applicant. For example, a low-income single parent will be given priority access to childcare/daycare.

Education programs will be made available for free. Hands-on training programs and skills development opportunities will generally make it possible for participants to be paid for their involvement. In most cases, a path will be made available so that individuals can receive the benefits of programs without taking money out of their own pockets, and in some cases, they will be paid.
In all cases, our goal is to help our members increase income and reduce expenses.
Client Demographics
As mentioned above, our offerings are open and available to everyone. This includes all gender identities, orientations, sexes, and lifestyles. That said, our efforts will be focused on serving demographic groups that identify as marginalized, at-risk, or vulnerable. Accordingly, we will be addressing each group’s specific needs by creating businesses, programs, and projects.
